You do not need to know who to call. Tell Frank the problem; Frank works out the simplest useful route.

One Frank. Your way.

Close when you need it.
Out of the way when you don’t.

01

With your keys

Frank’s oak ring takes an ordinary keyring, so it leaves home when you do.

02

On a pendant

A soft breakaway cord keeps the button within easy reach around the house or garden.

03

Clipped to your phone

A slim clip puts Frank on the thing you already carry — without another app to open.

Home Base

Drop it in.
Gravity does the rest.

The small oak bowl gently guides Frank onto two physical charging pins. No charging mat. No careful alignment. Your keys or lanyard rest beside it.

A few sensible questions

Good to know.

Does Frank listen all the time?

No. Frank starts listening when you press the yellow button. You are always the one who begins the conversation.

What happens if I press it by accident?

Nothing to worry about. Frank will ask what you need. If you do not need anything, just say so — or leave it and Frank will stop.

How does charging work?

Drop Frank into the shallow Home Base. Its sloped shape guides the device onto two physical charging pins. There is no charging mat and no careful alignment.

Do I need a smartphone?

No. Frank has its own mobile connection and speaker. A phone clip is simply one of the ways you can choose to carry it.

How can Frank help if I have a fall?

Frank can check in after a possible fall. If you need help — or do not respond — it can contact someone you have chosen and share your location with them. You decide who Frank may contact.

Is Frank an emergency alarm?

No. Frank is an everyday helper, not a medical device or guaranteed emergency service. It can help you contact people you trust when you ask it to.

Who can Frank contact?

You choose. That might be family, a neighbour, a trusted helper or a professional service. Frank asks before sharing information or spending money.
